2. Fill Out the Request Form

Tell me all the juicy details — who it’s for, what it’s of, and anything you definitely want included. You can even upload reference photos!

3. Payment

I ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. The final 50% is due before delivery.

(For orders under £30, full payment is required upfront.)

4. Creation Time

I’ll confirm your spot in my calendar and get creating! I’ll check in with progress updates and let you know when your piece is nearly ready.

5. Delivery Day!

Once complete and fully paid, I’ll send your finished artwork or embroidery piece your way!
