• Embroidery hoops: 2–4 weeks

• Hoodies: 3–5 weeks

• Ready-made items ship within 3–5 working days.

For most custom work, I ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot, with the final payment due before shipping. For smaller custom items under £30, and ready to ship items, full payment is required upfront.
