 Shipping Policy

📦 Processing Time

• Ready-made items ship in 3–5 working days

• Custom orders vary (see product descriptions or FAQ)

🚚 Delivery Times (UK Only for Now)

• Standard UK shipping: 2–4 business days after dispatch

• I use Royal Mail or Evri depending on item size & value

📬 Tracking Info

• Tracking is provided for larger/more expensive items

• Smaller items may go via standard post (untracked)

📍Shipping Only Within the UK (for now!)

Returns & Refunds Policy

💔 Changed your mind?

• I accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery

• Item must be unused and in original condition

📮 Return Shipping

• Buyers are responsible for return postage

• I recommend tracked return shipping

❌ No Returns On:

• Custom items (as they’re made just for you!)

• Digital downloads

• Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect washing

😢 Something arrived damaged or wrong?

Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos — I’ll sort it out ASAP with either a replacement or refund, depending on the situation!

🖐️ Handmade Disclaimer

All items are made by hand (and occasionally by cat supervision), so slight variations may occur. That’s the charm of handmade — no two pieces are ever exactly the same!

💳 Payments

Payments are securely processed through Shopify.

For custom work, I require either:

• Full payment upfront (for small orders)

• OR a 50% deposit with the balance due before dispatch

🧵 Embroidery Care

• Cold wash, inside out, air dry only

• Avoid tumble dryers & harsh detergents
